Shine Style provides professional computer systems design, computer integrated systems design, technical consulting, scientific research and development, specialized design services, and other professional, scientific, and technical services. Our services include but are not limited to system architecture design, software development, system integration, technical consulting, project management, and related professional services in the fields of computer systems design and technical services.

All custom software, systems, designs, and deliverables created by Shine Style for clients remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership rights transfer according to the specific service agreement.
Specific services provided by Shine Style will be governed by separate service agreements or contracts that outline the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and other relevant details. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any specific service agreements. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the specific service agreement shall prevail with respect to the services covered by that agreement.
Fees for our services will be specified in individual service agreements or proposals. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestone payments, and final payment schedules, will be outlined in the applicable service agreement. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to modify our fees and pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect existing service agreements.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This includes but is not limited to technical data, business strategies, customer information, and any information marked as confidential. The receiving party agrees not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent and to use such information only for the purposes of the business relationship between the parties.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. However, our services and website are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of our services, or the information, content, or materials included on our website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use our website or services. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Guangzhou Yaoshang Technology Co., Ltd. regarding our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding our services.
